We work with the client, trustee, family members, litigation attorneys, structured settlement brokers, life care planners, financial advisors and other professionals to create a customized special needs trust that is tailored to the beneficiary’s special needs, now and in the future.
As we grow older, we are presented with numerous challenges…they are not always easy, but they don’t have to be difficult.
